Ecossaise grew from a love of making and a stubborn belief that everyday things do not have to be ordinary.

We create the kinds of goods we want in our own home: useful, distinctive, thoughtfully made, and never stripped of personality. Our ornate crest carries the old-world wonder; Betsy, our Highland cow, keeps watch over the whole unruly little kingdom.

We are a small, hands-on business—not a warehouse with an army of packing elves. Here is what to expect when you order from Ecossaise.

Available for qualifying orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping & delivery

From our hands to your home

Orders normally leave us within 3–5 business days. Shipping is available throughout the United States, and orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Choose pickup from our Van Buren, Alma, or Greenwood booth when available, or contact us to arrange another local pickup. Please wait for confirmation before making a special trip—inventory and pickup timing can vary by location.

Returns & exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days

Because personal-care products are made for individual use, opened or used skin-care items cannot be returned. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return or exchange when you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Damage or mistakes

We'll make it right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and affected items.
