By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, please do not place an order through the site.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Products are offered subject to availability. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory problem, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or description error, or a circumstance that prevents safe or lawful fulfillment. Prices and product availability may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be repriced after purchase except to correct a mutually agreed order change.
Handcrafted products
Many Ecossaise products are made or finished by hand in small batches. Minor differences in color, texture, scent, grain, placement, or appearance are normal and do not by themselves make an item defective. Product photographs and screen colors are representative and may vary slightly from the item received.
Product and safety information
Read the full label and ingredient list before use. Personal-care products are for external use only unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Avoid contact with eyes, keep products away from children and pets when appropriate, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have allergies, sensitivities, a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are purchasing for a young child, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
Ecossaise cosmetic and personal-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and information on this website is not medical advice. “Natural” does not mean allergy-free or suitable for every person.
Outdoor products
Outdoor sprays and creams should be used only as directed on their labels. They are not a substitute for medical care, protective clothing, or an EPA-registered insect repellent when protection from disease-carrying insects is needed. Keep household sprays away from food, eyes, children, and animals unless the product label specifically permits that use.
Custom orders
Custom products may require additional processing time and may not be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged after materials have been purchased or production has begun. We will provide any special timing, price, and approval requirements before accepting a custom order.
Website content
The Ecossaise name, logo, Betsy artwork, product photographs, writing, labels, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission. You may link to our public pages and share our public posts for personal, noncommercial purposes with attribution.
Liability and legal rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecossaise is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from misuse of a product or failure to follow its directions and warnings. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and applicable United States law, without limiting any rights a consumer may have under other applicable law.
